Ok, this changes all the time, but I believe I got (possibly) my final build for my rifleman:

Armor, rifle, and dodge maxed out. That never changes.
157 Empathic for all the rank 7 heals.
105 Telepathy for all the rank 4 HOT's and the HP buff.
And this is if I can get into the CHOTA camp and grab the mutation quests (anybody wanna distract those guards for me?):
112 Enhancement for rank 4 buffs and regen.
This should give my character mutations that are all focused on buffs and some major heal power.
Finally, I will have 114 FA so I can get the Rank 2 Sand and Stone LB buff (50 hp is nice to have), Rank 3 Extended Care, Rank 4 Refresh, and Rank 4 Fortify.
Now I was going to leave FA at 105 for the Sand and Stone ability, but going off Hero's 1,099 AP he has (so I know I can get this build), I had just enough AP's leftover to get Rank 4 Fortify, which gives me 2 extra stamina regen and, most notably, 1 more Dex and End, which is essentially getting 2 stat points plus 2 stam regen for 9 AP.
What do you think? I think this build will have massive survivability, while also keeping up high damage output.

Ok, it's changed already. Since Heero tested out if the Enhancement hp/sta regen would stack with Extended Care and Fortify and found it did not, I am altering my build:
I am bringing Enhancement down to rank 3, with only the self armor buff at rank 4. The remaining points will go into Primal just enough to get Rank 2 Hawkeye, which will give me 7 dex and 6 per. It will also give me rank 2 speed buff (20 secs of +15% run speed).
So, 14 AP for 7 dex, 6 per, and a run speed ability. Not bad.
